Reymann Foundation Offices – Akron, OH

The Charles and Salome Reymann Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that serves people with developmental disabilities, their families and caregivers, and the dedicated people who educate and support them. The former historic Reymann garage and barn were repurposed into the foundation’s offices & headquarters. The three bay garage consist of a meeting area with a small kitchenette, an office, and a bathroom. The first floor barn space serves as a gallery, displaying countless Reymann heirlooms including the Atlantic Foundry sign which was reutilized as a light fixture. A new well-crafted stair provided access to the former hay loft and present conference room for the Reymann governing board meetings.
