The Rumpled Queen (Conceptual) -Salem, OH

This Restaurant project began with an adaptive reuse of a Historic Building in Salem Ohio. The owner wanted to create a relaxed but still elegant and refined space to go with the menu pairings. A stunning bar and metal canopy is the focal point as you enter the space.  The lower level was set up as the main kitchen and Back of House functions, along with overflow dining and private dinning rooms.  The floors are connected by a gracious ornamental stair which also leads guests to the new exterior dining areas and patio.  Elements of the former historic retail space were maintained and celebrated as part of the overall design.
