Centex Homes Townhomes

This project is for an ongoing prototype 12-unit townhome being used at multiple sites. The client is Centex Homes, a large publicly traded home builder. The goal, is to produce a moderately priced product that would have wide appeal, and could be constructed in a production format. Each building has three different unit offerings to appeal to different buyers. The prototypes shown have been built in a number of communities with additional communities pending.
